(2) Don't forget to verify how complete is the set of protocols and codecs supported;

(3) Take into account not only its phone plans, but look also to the complementary services offered, like mobile and internet.

(4) Verify in advance the quality of te customer service. To meet this point look to the contractual level of service, ask for references and, if possible, ask to customers you know that are using the same provider.
